sms-reminder ("we") is a private family task-reminder service operated by Jovany Diaz. It is used only to text reminders to a small group of family members who have agreed to receive them.

What we collect

• Your name and mobile phone number, which you provide on the opt-in form.
• A record of your consent: the date and time, your IP address, your browser's user agent, and the exact consent text shown to you.
• The text messages you send to the service (such as "2849 Done"), and any photo you choose to send as proof that a task is finished.

How we use it

We use this information only to send you task reminders, to recognize your replies and mark tasks done, and to keep proof that you agreed to receive messages. We do not use it for marketing or advertising.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Text messages are delivered through our messaging provider, Twilio, which processes them only to carry out delivery on our behalf.

Retention and your choices

We keep this information for as long as you are signed up. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. To have your information deleted, contact us at [email protected].
